I can't seem to find where I can prepare the XML to file T4s - I have run the T4s and T4Summary are all set-up, I just need the XML file to report to CRA

Welcome back to the Community. QuickBooks Online makes it easy to prepare T4s. To do this, follow the steps below:

1.     From the left menu, select Taxes, then Payroll Tax.
2.     Select Annual Forms under the Forms section.
3.     Select T4 slip (employer).
4.     Select the tax year you want to view T4 slips for.
5.     Select View to open and review the slips in Adobe Acrobat.
6.     Make sure all the information is correct. You can download or print the slips using the icons in Adobe Acrobat, then close the window.
