I have no option to do a Journal entry

Welcome to the Community. I'll be happy to share more info on how to create one in QBO.

Usually, journal entries are the last resort for entering transactions. I recommend using them only if you understand accounting or you’re following the advice of your accountant. You can also find an accountant if you need one. Otherwise, here's how to create a journal entry:

1. Select the Create icon ⨁.
2. Select Journal Entry.
3. Fill out the fields to create your journal entry.
4. Select Save and new or Save and close.

Give this a try and let me know how you make out. If you're still having issues, I recommend clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having.
