When you cancel your QuickBooks Online subscription, you'll continue to have 'read only' access to your data, for one year from the date of cancellation. This provides you with the ability to export your data, so you can save it to a file for future reference. In addition, you'll be able to resubscribe within one year and pick up where you left off. Please be advised, if you're also subscribed to QuickBooks Online Payroll, you won't have access to the associated data, employee information, or forms. I recommend exporting the information for future reference. Otherwise, you'll need to resubscribe to gain access to all payroll information.
