Is there a way I can run a report of expenses without receipts?

Welcome to Community!  QuickBooks Online provides multiple reports with customization options, so you can see what matters most.  I'd be happy to assist!

To see your expenses, I suggest the Transaction Detail by Account report.  I also recommend the Transaction List by Supplier.  To locate these reports, open Reports from the left menu and enter the title in the Search field.  Each report can be customized, so you can select the desired columns and filters.  If you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
