QuickBooks offer a variety of reports which show you vital information about your business. First, I'd like to start off by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. To check this, I suggest clearing cache and cookies on your browser. Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window. I also recommend double-checking to make sure your internet connection is working since QuickBooks Online relies on internet to work.
