Your Profit and Loss report is one of the primary reports used by business owners to assess your financial health. It's important that you're able to review this information in QuickBooks Online quickly and easily. I'd be happy to explain what may be happening and how to resolve this.
The first important thing to take note of on your report is the date range. You'll select a date-range at the top of the report page, and it's vital that you're choosing an appropriate timeframe.
You can also try toggling to display a different accounting method. QBO lets you assess your data using cash or accrual accounting. Try switching the accounting method at the top of the page to display your data.
If you're still not seeing any information displayed, there may be a browser-related bug causing issues in your account. Try clearing the cache and cookies, using Incognito mode, or using a different browser.
If the issue persists, please reach out to our tech support team so that our agents can investigate this further for you.
Take care.
