Report for change of pay

Making sure to enter your payroll correctly is an important part of managing a business with employees. Payroll within QuickBooks Desktop is able to help you keep track of payroll paid to employees as well as deductions remitted to the government. I can provide some insight into payroll reports.

The Employee pay Adjustments History report isn't available in the Canadian QuickBooks Desktop versions. One thing you can do to show adjustments within payroll reports is to add a Filter. Once you have opened up a payroll report, click on Show filters. Select the Payroll item filter, and choose Is adjustment. This will filter your report to show only adjustments.
