To pull a report of the total hours worked by your employees, please follow these steps:

 

  1. Navigate the Reports menu, then choose Employees & Payroll, followed by Payroll Item Detail.
  2. Click Customize Report.
  3. On the Display tab, select Qty in the Columns list.
  4. Click the Total By drop-down and select Employee.
  5. Go to the Filters tab. From the Filter list, choose Payroll Item.
  6. Pick your specific hourly item from the drop-down menu. Note: If you have multiple hourly items, choose Multiple payroll items.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Adjust the date range if needed.
