QuickBooks is a great program for managing your customer statements and I'll be happy to show you how to review the ones you've sent out to your customers.
You can pull up the Statement List report. This will give you the lists of all the statements you sent to customers during a selected time period, including the date. Here's how:
1. Go to Reports menu at the left panel, then enter Statement List on the search bar. 2. Once pulled up, click Customize at the upper right. 3. On the Filter drop-down, pick a Customer and the Statement Date.
4. Select Run report.
