Please note as well that if you're still using the QuickBooks Online app for Windows/Mac, it's best to use a browser. I know that a number of users are still using that app, however, it was decommissioned in April, so we can't guarantee it'll still work as it needs to. We also cannot troubleshoot any issues with it anymore. Using a browser will help ensure that everything is working as it needs to be.
