Being able to easily access your transactions is essential to ensure your books are accurate. QuickBooks Online is designed to make this process effortless for you. I'll be happy to share more on that.
One of QuickBooks Online’s most helpful and time-saving feature to automatically download your recent transactions is Online Banking. If you're already using this feature and currently experiencing missing transactions in your bank feeds, I recommend following these steps below to update your account.
Go to the Banking menu.
Select the Edit ✎ icon in the tile for the bank account you want to update.
Select Edit sign-in info.
Type in your credentials and click on Save and Connect.
If you're still unable to view your recent transactions after an update, it could be due to a browser issue. Temporary internet files that accumulate in your browser can sometimes cause bugs in the software.
