Can i post a journal into a previous year?

Hi AJ45, thanks for your post - as long as you do not have the 'close the books' feature enabled for a date that comes after this, you can post a journal dated within a previous tax year - we'd recommend reaching out to an accountant/bookkeeper to input this if you're unsure how to.
