Can i send an email to all my customers that is not a statement or invoice? i want to update them on what is going on with my business at the moment

Not through QBO.

I think QB Desktop had the facility.

From the Dashboard, click COG > Tools > Export Data

Then Lists > Select Customers & Export to Excel

This should give you an Excel file with all customers & email addresses.

Copy the email column to your email as BCC.
