Can i undo this. in trying to set up this make tax digital i have tried sending this quarters vat report by mistake and it now says its blocked?

Welcome aboard to the QuickBooks family. Let’s get the MTD feature setup correctly and reverse the submission of your VAT return.

To cancel it, we’ll have to verify the account first. The Community is a public platform and gathering of personal data can't be done for safety and security.

I suggest contacting our QBO Care Team since they can access the account in a secure environment. Aside from that, they have tools to undo the submission and assist you in setting up the MTD.

After reaching out to them, your company should be MTD ready.
