Emailed report showing wrong data when compared to running it manually

I have a report showing daily sales with ONLY Transaction Type showing for Sales Receipt, Sales Refund, Invoice Credit Note - basically I want to see Daily sales. The report that is emailed contains other transactions.....however when I view the report manually it shows correctly. There is also no way to edit the email process and the help guidance no longer is correct Anybody else having these issues

These following screen shots show that there is no email option as the "instruction state"

Hi ShopAdmin We appreciate that you're running a daily sales report however we presume this is a customised report, what is the actual report that you use before the customisation?

It is a Transaction Report filtered as described

Hi ShopAdmin There are a number of transaction reports, is it a transaction list by date and then you're customising/filtering the report?
