You can run the Profit and loss report to have a view of your personal expenses during a specific period. To do so, refer to these easy steps:

 

  1. In QuickBooks, go to the Reports menu.
  2. Look for the Profit and loss section.
  3. If you want to specify the dates, just click the drop-down arrow besides last year and choose Custom date and then Apply.
  4. Click the View button to open the report.
