Let me help you download the report you need to Excel in QuickBooks Online (QBO), robert-keats.
We can run the VAT 100 report and click the Export to Excel option in QBO. Let me show you how:
Go to Reports on the left side menu.
Enter VAT 100 Report in the search field.
Choose the date in the Report period field.
Tap Run report.
On the report, click the Export icon and choose Export to Excel.
If you need to run the VAT Detail Report, just follow the same steps provided above. You can also customise the report before exporting them. Once you have the perfect set of filters, save them so you can run the same report in the future.
After you customise a report, select Save customisation.
Give your report a name.
Press Save.
