How do I get postings to CIS materials and purchases to appear on the CIS Payment and Deduction statement as it is currently not picking them up?

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community. 

CIS in QuickBooks uses the cash-based accounting method, meaning the CIS-element will only post to the reports once transactions are marked as paid. 

Can I check you have recorded payment on these postings?
