I categorized all the items in Uncategorized Expenses at the beginning of the week but that has still not filtered through to the Profit/Loss report. Can anyone explain?

Please check that the dates of the expenses fall within the P&L reporting period. If the Accounting method on the report is set to Cash, please note that this will only show bills which have been paid (i.e. based on the bill payment date).
