I export my trial balance to excel to prepare management reports. I've done this successfully many times. Today, the account names are exported ok but no values appear.

To determine if the cause of this issue is the browser's cache, please try using a private browser or an incognito window.

• For Internet Explorer of Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P.
• For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N.
• For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N.

That will do the trick. You shouldn't have any further issues after following these steps.
