Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me help you enter the amount in QuickBooks Online.

You can use the chart of accounts to track the money you have for your business. There's an option to enter the balance for the cash on hand.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Chart of accounts.
3. Click New.
4. Below Account Type, select Cash at bank and in hand.
5. Under Detail Type, choose Cash on hand.
6. Enter the balance.
7. Hit Save and Close.
