I need a report from QB online standard that shows how many holiday hours an employee has been paid for?

Welcome to the Community page, 

 

In standard payroll, it doesn't have holiday tracking it, as it is not built-in you would have to create your own holiday pay item. You would need to run all the payroll summary reports and add them up to find out how much they have been paid for.
