I will like to know, why vats on my purchase dont come up in my vats reports?

Welcome to the Community. I'm here to help and provide some overview of the Purchase Vats via QuickBooks Online.

If you're using the Flat Rate Scheme (FRS) option, make sure to select the VAT Reclaimed box when purchasing to your vendors to show the Vats in the report.

However, if you're using the Custom tax option, you'll need to select the This tax is collected on purchases in the Taxes settings.
