So Intrastat is for EU sales, so the VAT 101 would have all the things used for the old EC codes. So it will show you in there the information you need in Quickbooks. 

If you click on Reports on left hand side navigation bar> scroll down to manage VAT> click on VAT 101 report> then you can change the date period and can also customize it by click on customize right hand side so it shows you exactly what you want to see. 

Could you give us more information on what VIE's please.
