Currently, the option to create customer statements in the QuickBooks mobile app is unavailable. However, you can do this in a browser. If you wish to do that, you can follow the steps below:
Proceed to the Get paid & pay section and choose Customers.
Select the checkboxes for the customers you want to make statements for.
In the Batch actions dropdown ▼, click Create statements.
In the Statement Type dropdown ▼, select the customer statement type (Balance Forward, Open Item, Transaction Statement
Choose the dates for the statements and the date range.
Review the customer's email addresses.
Click Save and Close.
Then, to view the current customer statements, here's how:
Proceed to Bookkeeping menu.
Choose Transactions, then select All Sales.
Click the Filter ▼ dropdown.
In the Type dropdown, choose Statements.
Select the date range from the Date dropdown.
Choose the customers you want to see statements for from the Customer dropdown.
Click Apply.
