Question

Need all products cost report, "Sales by Product/Service Summary" miss some products cost price and "Inventory Valuation Detail" show only available products average cost. Need last cost of all inventory

Sales by Product/Service Summary  If you run a report of an individual product that will show data, but if you download the overall report it misses many details.
Inventory Valuation Detail. This is averaging out and showing data of only available products

 

I need the Last Cost of all products, Regardless it's available or not.

Welcome back to the Community, @Yousaf.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), the ability to pull up Last Cost of all products report is currently unavailable. As a workaround, you can check the individually product cost by manually filtering the Sales by Product/Service Summary report. Then, export and combine them through Excel.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Customize option at the top right of the report. 
  2. Select the Filter section, then pick the specific product in the Product/Service drop-down. 
  3. Hit Run report to refresh.
  4. Once done, here's how to Export option at the upper right, then choose Export to Excel in the drop-down.

 

Just in case, I'll add this article for future reference: Use reports to see your sales and stock status.
