Question

Re the 'Unrealised gains & losses report ' - it looks like this report can only be run as at today's date. What if I want to run it for an earlier date?

Hi neil32,

It's not currently possible to enter a custom date field for this report, we'd recommend if you could leave feedback for this by going to the Cogwheel > Feedback within your account, this way it'll reach our developers who're able to review and implement changes. 🙂

Thanks!

Hi,

It appears this issue has not been fixed. We are new to QBO having moved from QBD where you could run the unrealised gains & losses report at any date. We run this report at each month end but even though you can change the date for the report is defaults to today's date. Are there plans to fix this issue please?

Hello Outlander73150, thanks for posting on the Community page, so although at the bottom of the page, it shows today's dated, but you in fact select another date that report will show the data for the date you entered in. if you duplicate the page on your web browser and tick on different dates and run the report you will see that the figures will all be different.
