Reporting

Hi

When I am trying to download my receipts for the last tax year it is exporting them and asking me to click on a link (zip file)  to save onto my computer but it will not allow me to click on the link.

Can you help?  Basically I want a quick way of saving or printing out hard copies on any receipts that I have loaded onto quickbooks.
