Is there a report we can generate to summarize all the signed invoices?

Hello Editha, You could run a customer balance summary, are you just looking for the balances for the customers?

Thanks for your reply but actually, I am just looking for the total balance of the signed invoices.  Do you think that is possible to achieve just in QB?  Is there a way for QB to generate such a summary of invoices signed by the customer?

I'd like to share what I know about generating customers report in QuickBooks Online.

 

There isn't an option to generate a report for your customer's total balance on signed invoices. However, you can run the Transaction List by Customer report. Then, customise it base on the data that matter to you.

If you know those signed invoice, you can export your report to excel. Then, manually add them to get their total: Export your reports to Excel from QuickBooks Online.
