Is the bank account added in the Chart of Accounts already connected to your online banking? If so, this will be displayed in the Banking page under Bank and Cards.
If you're trying to connect your bank, but the account created in the Chart of Accounts is not showing up in the Account drop-down, then we can perform some troubleshooting steps.
Here's how:
Open an incognito or private browser because this mode doesn't store cache. Then, go to http://qbo.intuit.com/ and log in to your account. Once logged in, go to Banking > Baking tab > Add account and try to connect your bank.
If you can select the account from the drop-down list, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache. This helps refresh the browser settings.
Alternatively, open your account in a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, or Safari).
