Was previously linked to bank on qb and on chart of accounts still shows a link but this is not active anymore. Should I delete the link and link again?

Yes, please go ahead and disconnect this by selecting the drop-down beside the account listed within the Chart of Accounts > Edit > Tick 'disconnect this account on save' and save. This won't remove any transactions that have already been added/matched from the bank feed, and after this, you can reconnect from the Banking screen > Link account.🙂
