When i do a new journal QB is not giving entry numbers, why ?

Hi ledgertime, we're not aware of any issues with auto numbering - please troubleshoot this by logging into QuickBooks via an incognito/private browsing window; you can access this from Chrome or MS Edge by pressing Ctrl + Shift + n 👩‍💻
