Sending emails through QuickBooks will automatically use the QuickBooks domain, changing it is unavailable. You can pull up your Audit Log report to see the list of statements sent to your customers.
Go to the Gear icon.
Under Tools, select Audit Log.
Select Filter.
On the Events section, select Statements.
Click Apply.
But you can change the email address of your customer's forms.
Go to the Gear icon.
Under YourCompany, select Accounts andSettings.
Select Company.
On the Contact info section, remove the Same as company email chackmark.
