When i run p32 report its not showing up the deduction for Employer NI

Which payroll is it you are using in your Quickbooks is it Advanced or Standard? 

The way to tell which one you have is when you click on the payroll tab if two other tabs show up saying employee and payroll then it is standard payroll if no other tabs show up it is advanced payroll you have.
