Hello there, @leaf123.

I understand how important it is for your scheduled report emails to arrive on time. Could you share the exact error message or briefly describe what you see on your screen when the issue occurs? Please provide any additional details or screenshots to help us provide a tailored answer.

To resolve this issue, start by signing out of your QuickBooks Online account and signing back in. If the issue persists, process this in an incognito or private browsing window.

Also, make sure you’re using a supported browser, such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, or Safari, when accessing QuickBooks Online.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with QuickBooks, feel free to click the Reply button.

I’ll piggy back on this post.

From time to time, scheduled reports stop coming through (these are the reports that you schedule to be emailed automatically), usually for a few days up to a week, and then they magically start up again.

I ignore suggestions to “delete and recreate” the reports, partly because we have 100’s of custom reports  …but mainly because they do magically start coming through again.

But, whilst they’re down, I have to manually run the reports and email them myself, which takes time.

The only solution which a works for me is to wait…and eventually they start coming through again.

I have one account which stopped sending scheduled reports (on this occasion, it was some reports, not all) a few weeks ago, then started again, and then stopped on 21st January (and haven’t been sent since).

That’s my experience l, assuming we’re discussing Quickbooks scheduled reports that are emailed overnight.
