Let's check the Filters to see if someone might accidentally change it. Here's how:
Go to the Banking menu and select Tags.
Click on the transaction and in the Transaction by tag page, select Filters.
Check the Type of transactions and the Date.
Click on Apply.
If the same thing happens, let’s try running the process again on a private window to check if this has something to do with the browser. Here’s how:
Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
Safari: Command + Option + P
If it works fine, I’d recommend clearing your browser’s cache or use a different one. The overloaded files in your browser can sometimes cause unusual behaviors in the program.
