Adding team members as contractors

Doing so will help us determine if this is a browser-related issue. Sometimes, too much cache buildup in a browser can cause unexpected behavior with the product. Please utilize these keyboard shortcuts:

• Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
• Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
• Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once done, add your contractors again. If it works without issues, that's good news. You can return to your regular browsing history and clear the cache. Otherwise, use other supported browsers as alternatives.
