I've checked our records here and found out an open investigation (INV-47379) about this issue. Rest assured, this has already been raised to our banking engineers to know the root cause of this unexpected behavior.

Go to the Help menu.
Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or press F1 on your keyboard.
At the bottom, click Contact Us.
From the Dialogue box, enter your question.
Click Continue, then select Get a callback.
Enter the information needed.
Once done, click Confirm my call.

As LHcause714 suggested, changing my logo from a .jpeg file to a .bmp file worked!! Finally, I can print invoices again. This has been extremely frustrating and I'm disappointed in QB's slow reply.

I have tried everything that is stated in QB reply instructions. I've tried different browsers, cleared catch memory, reset computer, reset printer. none of this has fixed the problem. This is a QB problem and needs to be fixed ASAP. I have no problem printing anything else, just QB forms.
