It's possible that you're experiencing browser-related issues. To rectify this, let's log into your QBO account using a private or incognito window. Depending on the browser you're using, you can use these keyboard shortcuts:
Safari: Command + Shift + N
Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
Once signed in, view your estimates again. If you can now access it using an incognito, return to your regular browsing history and clear its cache. If the issue persists, use another supported browsers as alternative.
