Can you book client appointments and generate invoices for time booked?

It's a pleasure to have you here today, @besoundmusicstud. We'll provide details about entering the appointment schedule and creating an invoice for the time booked inside QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Please know that the option to enter an appointment is only available inside the QBO mobile application and only for Android users. Also, the option to generate an invoice for the time booked or appointment isn't possible. However, you can use a third-party application to achieve this inside the program.

To integrate a third-party application inside your company file, these are the steps:

1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
2. On the left navigational bar, click the Apps tab.
3. In the Search bar, enter a keyword of the feature you need or what your business needs.
4. See the results and when you're ready to choose, click on the app that you need.
5. On the top right corner, click the Get app now button.
