I am looking to create a column an estimates and invoices where they would be a manufactured suggested retail price 

MSRP column, and then the sale price and then the total price based on the quantity 

 

How can I add an MSRP column that doesn't carry across or just as the list price?

In QuickBooks Online, the ability to create a Manufactured Suggested Retail Price column on customer sales forms is currently unavailable. However, there are specific features that you'll want to modify on your invoices to add personalization and other relevant information. 

 

For now, you can submit this valuable feedback directly to our product engineers to help us improve your overall QuickBooks experience. To do that:

 

  1. In your QBO account, go to Settings and select Feedback.
  2. Enter your suggestions and click Next to submit them.
