I'm here to share more information on why your customer hasn't received their refund.

 

The refund processing timeframe will depend on your customer's financial institution. If your customer still hasn't received the amount within 24 hours, I suggest reaching out to our payment support team. One of them will verify the status and guide you further. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this page: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.
  2. Click Chat with us below QuickBooks Payments.
  3. Enter the necessary details.
  4. Click Start Chat.
