Currently I am using QBO Plus but have to export data to Excel to create graphs/charts. Can I avoid this step in QBO Advanced?

Hello there, treasurer165.

Yes, QBO Advanced allows you to create graphs and charts from reports without exporting to Excel, and you can definitely avoid this step using QBO Advanced. These are the steps on how you can create graphs and charts directly within QBO Advanced:

  1. Hover over Reports from the left menu.
  2. Click Performance center.
  3. You can create a chart from scratch by clicking +Add new chart, or create a quick chart by clicking Quick add charts.

This feature is exclusive to QBO Advanced as other versions like QBO Plus don’t support it. If visual reporting is vital for your business, upgrading to QBO Advanced can streamline your workflow. Learn more at QuickBooks Plans and Pricing.
