Enter physical inventory count from the complete inventory list like desktop allowed you to do without having to select each item first?

We understand the convenience of updating the count of multiple inventory items at once, @mrtatonka. However, this feature is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online.

Therefore, we encourage you to share your feedback. Your suggestions on managing inventory adjustments can help us improve and better meet your business demands. Here's how you can provide your feedback:

1. Sign in to your QBO account and click the Gear icon.
2. Select Feedback.
3. Share your suggestions to help improve the product.
4. Tick Next to send your feedback.

In the meantime, you can track inventory counts by recording them in a spreadsheet and importing them into QBO. During the import, ensure to click the Check this box to overwrite details of existing items with the same name and category to update item details without creating duplicates.
