You can find the status of your invoices by navigating to the Sales menu. Here, you'll be able to observe whether they are Sent, Viewed, Deposited, or Paid. I'll provide you with step-by-step instructions.
Go to the Sales menu.
Click the Invoices tab.

As of my last knowledge update in September 2021, QuickBooks Online (QBO) doesn't have a built-in feature that directly indicates whether an invoice has been emailed to a recipient or not. However, there are a few steps you can take to infer whether an invoice has been emailed in QuickBooks Online:
Email History: QuickBooks Online keeps a history of emails sent from the platform. This history can be accessed in the "Audit Log" or "Activity Log" section, depending on your version of QBO. While this won't directly show you if an invoice has been emailed, you might be able to deduce it based on the email activity associated with that invoice.
I understand the importance of ensuring that your invoices are successfully delivered and received, Heather. Let me guide you through the process of checking for bounced-back invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
In QuickBooks Online, you can check if an emailed invoice bounced back by following the steps below.
Go to the Sales menu and click Invoice.
If the invoice has bounced back, it will show a Delivery Issue.
