If you are B2B, you can use a 3rd party processor to accept payments for free.

You can create a service item to pass the credit card fees to your customers in QuickBooks Online (QBO), and I'll be glad to show you how.

You can charge your customer for the fees incurred when they pay using their credit card. To do that, you'll need to create a service item and add it to your invoices. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Products and Services.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select Service.
  4. Enter a Name and fill in the rest of the fields.
  5. Click Save and Close.

Once done, add the service fee as a line item to your invoices. For more in-depth information, please see this article: Manually add service fees to invoices in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, you can inform your customers about service fees by customizing your invoices and including them in the default email message.

I'll always keep an eye out for your response in case you need further assistance with adding service fees to your invoices. Our team is open 24/7 to help you out. Be safe and have a wonderful day ahead.

I'm getting 3% fees from the vendor side and also 3% fees from the consumer as well.  I can't be competitive.
