How complete set up without SSN

Do you need to apply a QB Payment account to accept payments from your clients? SSN is a mandatory. If you have ITIN or EIN, and you run a B2B company, you can use a 3rd party payment processor.

When setting up a QuickBooks Payments account, a Social Security Number (SSN) is required. This is because QuickBooks Payments is designed for the US region, and including an SSN is a necessary part of the process. Otherwise, you can use a third-party application to accept payments from your customers.
