How do I create a payment link for my invoices, so my customers can pay me faster

I'm here to provide information so your customers can pay faster, Fokalsi. 

Creating a payment link for invoices is currently unavailable in QuickBooks Online(QBO). You'll need a QuickBooks Payments account to do so. You may also use a third-party application instead, visit our QuickBooks App Store and search for a suitable app. 

However, you can sign up for QuickBooks Payments directly from QBO or connect an existing one if you haven't already. Below are the steps on how to set up invoice payment links in QBO Payments:

Set your company preferences first. Please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Settings, then select Account and settings.
2. Select the Sales tab.
3. Under Invoice payments, hit Edit. 
4. Choose the payment options you want.
5. You can also enter Payment instructions. 
6. Hit Save, then Done.

Next, kindly change the invoice payment options. Here's how:

1. Go to Sales, then select Invoices 
2. Find the invoice you want to update. 
3. Select Edit. 
4. Choose Payment methods.
5. Choose the payment method you want.
6. Save or Save and close.
