You can consider going to your Subscriptions and billings page on your QBO account to determine the services you may have opted forand any current charges. Here's how:
Select Subscriptions and billing. This section provides detailed information about your subscription and any additional services you have subscribed to.
Select View payment history to see the billing history for the last 6 months' bills.
If you still cannot determine the reason for certain charges, I recommend contacting our Support Team to help provide an itemized list and clarify what each charge pertains to.
