I am here to help you with your concern regarding the time it takes for transactions to appear on QuickBooks from your bank statement.
QuickBooks Online automatically downloads transactions every night when you link a bank account to online banking. However, the information available to us depends on what your bank shares with us.
If you don't want to wait for the scheduled download or if the latest transactions are still not showing up, I recommend refreshing the connection to get the most recent available transactions. You can click the "Update" button in QuickBooks Banking to check if your latest transactions have been reflected.
Here's how:
On the left navigation bar, go to Banking or BankTransactions.
Find the account.
Hit Update in the upper-right corner.
